What does giclée mean? 

 

Giclée is a term used to describe a high-quality fine art print produced with an inkjet printer. This process of producing fine art prints allows for increased color accuracy and use of archival media (i.e. acid-free paper, archival coated canvas) and inks to ensure the artwork can be enjoyed for many years!

 

Do you print custom orders?

 

It depends on the size and print being requested. Pricing will vary and additional fees may apply for custom requests. Please email us at aloha@thesuncollectivehi.com with a screenshot of the image and your preferred size in inches. 

 

How long will my order take?

 

Prints are made by order and can take 1-2 weeks for production, plus additional time for shipping. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

How do I hang my paper print?

 

The best way to keep your print in mint condition is to frame it. Matted prints are standard sizes and should be able to fit in most standard frames. For giclée paper prints, we recommend working with a local frame shop to ensure your print is framed with care and to your liking.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping rates vary based on order and destination. Rates are calculated at check-out.

 

Where do you ship to?

 

We ship globally. You can order directly through our website and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

Ship times vary based on your destination. Once you've placed an order, please refer to your order tracking information for the most up-to-date shipment status.

 

Are there extra charges for international orders?

 

International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties or customs taxes beyond standard shipping charges. These additional charges are not included in the Connor Trimble website charges, rather they may be collected from you at the time of delivery if your country has such charges. Customers who refuse to receive international orders will not be refunded the original shipping fee, and will be responsible for an additional fee to cover shipping and customs costs to return the product. We recommend you contact your country's customs office in advance for an estimate of fees before placing your order if you have any questions.

 

What happens if my print arrives damaged?

 

Damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same or comparable items. Please contact us at aloha@thesuncollective.com within 3 days of receiving your order and attach pictures and/or a detailed description of the damage. We will review it and begin processing a replacement right away.

 

What is your return policy?

 

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days for a refund in the form of online store credit. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

 

How do I hire your artists for an assignment (ie. advertising, campaign shoots, editorial, directing, commercial, etc.)?
